Under the pressure of the ink supply pump, the ink passes through the ink pipeline from the ink tank, adjusts the pressure, viscosity and enters the spray gun. With the continuous pressure, the ink sprays out from the nozzle. When the ink passes through the nozzle, it is broken into a series of continuous, equal spacing and the same size ink droplets by the action of Piezoelectric crystal, and the ink flow is sprayed. Continue to move downward and charge through the charging electrode. In the charging electrode, the ink droplets are separated from the ink line. When the ink droplet is separated from the conductive ink wire, it will instantly carry a negative charge proportional to the voltage applied by the charging electrode. By changing the voltage frequency of the charging electrode to make it the same as the breaking frequency of ink droplets, each ink droplet can be charged with a predetermined negative charge. Under the continuous pressure, the ink flow continues to move downward, passing through the middle of two deflection plates with positive and negative voltage respectively. When the charged ink droplets pass through the deflection plate, they will deflect. The degree of deflection depends on the amount of charge charged. The non-charged ink droplets do not deflect. They fly downward and flow into the recovery pipe. Finally, they return to the ink box for recycling through the recovery pipe. The charged and deflected ink droplets fall at a certain speed and angle on the object passing in front of the vertical nozzle.
