Eliminate the sudden continuous cutting of the shearing machine

Q11—3X1200 shearing machine has sudden continuous cutting reasons: 1 wear and lubrication conditions between the pin and the shovel arm are poor. 2 The tension of the presser foot lever spring is insufficient. 3 pin design is not reasonable. The main cause of continuous cutting during use is the problem of the pin and the shovel arm (Figure 1). Sometimes the lubrication between the two has improved, but sometimes it is counterproductive. The shovel arm 3 directly crosses the pin 2, which makes the continuous shearing and affects the safe use. Figure 1 shows that the shovel arm 3 all enters the pin 2 and abuts the end of the sleeve 9.
