2. The head of the sprinkler head is very fragile and must not be bumped. It must be protected. Its surface is a piece of aluminum, coated with a crystal oscillator and a very small ink tube. One touch will be concave, deformed, or even broken, so that the nozzle will be scrapped;

3. Be careful when installing the sprinkler. Always switch off the power and install it in place. After installation, gently push the cart to the left and right to check if it is smooth, and don't install it on the power supply. If the head is not in place, the trolley will be easily broken and the head will feel cracked. Strong controllability;

4. When connecting the plug cable, do not put ink on it, and make sure that it is in good contact with the socket, do not touch the foot, otherwise it will cause the nozzle to short-circuit and burn;

5. The steel shaft should also be clean and smooth. It can be wiped with a paper towel sticky lubricating oil. Do not refuel the shaft directly. Excessive oil will flow to the nozzle and cause damage.

6. After the machinery and circuit are correct, it is necessary to inspect the waterway. First, look at the insufficient amount of water in the cartridge; secondly, check whether the small cleaning blade and the ink suction pump are dirty;

7. There will be air inside the sprinkler just installed, so it will not print normally. Only when the air in the head is completely discharged can the lines be drawn out; the specific steps are as follows:

First of all, you can use intermittent cleaning (only wash 2 times at a time, then stop for 30 minutes and then wash 2 times) repeatedly cleaning too many times, will cause cleaning pump ink, not only will print color mixing, ink leakage, but also a waste of ink ;

Second, you can print more pictures, so that the nozzle discharges air during work;

Once again, if the machine has led to a waste ink tube, it can be powered off first, and then use a syringe to set a rubber tube to evacuate the ink tube until the 3-5 ML ink is pumped out. Then, turn on the machine and clean it with the machine once. This is equal to Artificially sucking out the air in the head, the side effect is that it easily causes the cleaning pump to pile up ink.
