Khristenko stated at the International Conference on the Uniform Economic and Technical Standards for Space Technologies that in 2012 Russia will first place the Customs Union internal quality mark on its products, product packaging, and product descriptions. The wording of the mark is EAC (Euro-Asian certification). Products include shoes, cosmetics, household appliances and building materials. This certification mainly refers to the EU's quality certification mark EC.
