Use of benchtop air-cooled continuous induction sealing machine:
1. Before starting the machine, put the bottle under the sealing head and shake the small hand wheel so that the gap between the sealing and the bottle mouth is 1-3 mm. Open the Conveyor Belt to see if the bottle touches the sealing mouth.
2. Turn on the power and wait for about one minute for the machine to start. The current is about 3.5A and it can be sealed.
Scope of application: This machine is mainly suitable for the sealing operation of non-metallic bottle mouths with small-diameter plastic and glass with threaded flat cover. It is not suitable for metal, unthreaded caps, high-profile caps with voids, and sealing operations with a diameter of less than φ20 greater than φ50 mm. Suitable for users who need continuous sealing operations in production and batch sizes.
